ABOUT
Growing up along the U.S.-Mexico border shaped my unique perspective on education. Living in vastly different yet similar countries brought up many questions but never enough answers. This in turn led me on a journey to become the first in my family to attend college and to find answers. My passion for educational equity has continuously driven me to expand my knowledge, experience, and relationships. With a strong background in teaching and diverse skill set, I’m confident in the creative ideas and successful solutions I bring to the table to create a just educational system that serves the needs of all students.
